Company Overview -  We are a law firm that helps individuals, families and businesses restructure and eliminate debt to maximize the use of their resources and for greater peace of mind.

What I Do​ - I advise clients who are having financial challenges.  I represent debtors and creditors in chapter 7, chapter 13, and chapter 11 cases.

My Background - I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and I am a long-time resident of Atlanta.  After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, I worked as a computer design and test engineer for the NCR Corporation.  I later attended the Georgia State University College of Law, where I received my law degree.  I served as a chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee for 10 years.  I also served as a part-time instructor in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University for over 20 years.

Who is a good referral –  Individuals, couples, businesses and business owners who are having trouble paying their bills, who may be facing foreclosure or repossession of their property, or who need to restructure debt, or who want to close a business gracefully.
